Decadal (every 10 days) indicators by wilaya: rfh_mm (rainfall for the decade), rfh_avg_mm (long-term average for the decade), r1h_mm/r1h_avg_mm (1-month rolling total), r3h_mm/r3h_avg_mm (3-month rolling total), rfq_pct/r1q_pct/r3q_pct (% of the long-term average). version = final/prelim, finalisation status of the CHIRPS satellite estimate at the retrieval date — kept as-is, never removed or recalculated.

5-year rolling window (2022-01 to 2026-08 at time of publication) — not the full history (available since 1981 at the source, not included here for a first version; extension possible later with the same schema).

Limited to wilaya level (admin1). The source file also contains daïra/municipality granularity (admin2, ~245,000 additional rows) deliberately left out of this first version.

Warning: the administrative breakdown used here (COD-AB, 48 wilayas) differs from that of the DGI real estate references already published on this marketplace (58 wilayas, post-2019 breakdown) — the two are not directly geographically comparable.

Updated at the source every 14 days; republication on the marketplace is manual (no periodic automation in this project).
